Maternal Mental Health

The perinatal period—from preconception through postpartum—is a time of profound psychological, emotional, and physiological change. While many expect joy and fulfillment, this season often includes stress, grief, anxiety, identity shifts, and significant relational challenges.

I strive to provide specialized, evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals navigating the complex emotional landscape of motherhood. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI), I offer care that is grounded in current clinical research and tailored to the unique needs of mothers and birthing people.

I support individuals experiencing:

·       Perinatal and postpartum depression (PPD) and anxiety (PPA)

·       Intrusive thoughts, OCD, and trauma-related symptoms

·       Birth trauma and medical complications

·       Miscarriage, stillbirth, and TFMR

·       Identity loss and role confusion

·       Relationship stress and emotional disconnect with partners

If you're struggling in this season, support is available—and effective. Healing begins with feeling seen, and you don’t have to do this alone.
