Couples Therapy
Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of support—but also one of the most complex. Life transitions, stress, parenting, unresolved conflict, or feeling emotionally disconnected can take a real toll on a partnership.
Common reasons couples seek support include:
Repeated conflict or poor communication
Emotional distance, resentment, or loneliness
The impact of fertility struggles, pregnancy, or parenting
Shifting roles, expectations, or unmet needs
Rebuilding trust after betrayal or rupture
Our work together focuses on creating a space where each partner feels heard and understood—so that deeper emotional needs can be acknowledged and responded to with care.
I draw on my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a clinically validated model for helping couples move out of painful cycles of disconnection and into stronger, more secure relationships. While our approach is flexible and personalized, it’s grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through emotional safety, open communication, and shared understanding.
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from couples therapy. Many partners come to strengthen their relationship, reconnect emotionally, and build a more intentional future—together.
